Our Process

Video Interview
After reviewing your application, we'll invite you to join us via video where we'll learn more about you, your experiences, and describe the culture at Momentum.
Hands-On Interview
If it feels like a good fit for both of us, we'll invite you to our studio for a hands-on interview. This involves a 60 min full body massage, mock intake/outake, plus video observation and feedback from our Owner.
In Person & Virtual Trainings
We pride ourselves on providing excellent hands-on work for our clients. If you're invited to join the team, we'll share some trainings so you can feel confident representing Momentum.
