About the event
This small group experience includes hands-on instruction, demonstrations, and expert guidance from our skilled therapists. You’ll learn simple, soothing techniques and a short massage routine to practice at home with your partner. Space is limited — bring your spouse, partner, or friend and reserve your spot today!
The Details
Duration: 2-hour small group class — limited to 3 couples per session.
What You’ll Learn:
A 20–30 minute massage routine you can easily practice at home.
Techniques focused on common tension areas — neck, shoulders, back, and feet — plus gentle partner stretches.
In this class we will cover
AT HOME MASSAGE TECHNIQUES
You'll be able to easily translate the techniques you learn for home use. Be confident when your partner asks you for a massage.
PROPER POSITIONING & MECHANICS
Learn strategies to reduce hand and arm fatigue. We'll share some insider tips on how we get pressure just right.
COMMON PAIN
AREAS
We'll cover the most common pain areas including the neck, shoulders, back, and feet. We'll also show you some easy stretches you can practice with your partner.
